When my boys were little, it felt like I was their whole world. But when they went off to school, it got a little harder because I wasn’t with them all day. Now, I am the mom of two teenage boys. I have one who is an open book and will give me all the details with just a simple question. But I also have one who is not so open. For both of my teens, I have had to develop different strategies to engage in conversations and their lives.
